The Crone is not a diminishment. She is the one who has been through it. Who descended into the darkness and came back with something worth teaching. Who stopped softening her truth to make others comfortable — and started telling people what they actually need to hear.
That's me.
I know what it feels like to be trapped inside a family system that was breaking you.
I smiled when I was breaking. I kept going when I should have stopped. I carried guilt that nearly killed me.
And I know what it feels like to finally say — enough.
I found the tools that changed everything. Not therapy alone. Not positive thinking. Theta Healing. Belief work. Shadow integration. Breathwork. Soul-level understanding. And the willingness to go into the dark — not to drown in it, but to find out what it was holding.
That journey gave me my life back. And it became the foundation of everything I teach.
As a Wisdom Keeper, I hold a lifetime of knowledge — a knowing that began in childhood and has been lived, tested, and deepened through Change to 25 years of lived knowledge and 12+ years of certified practice. This isn't information I learned from a book. It's wisdom I lived into.
I was a young child when I first knew the family dynamic I was living in was not right. By the time I was 14 I had already decided — I was going to spend my life helping families become something different. Something freer. Something real.
That calling never left me. It just kept getting deeper.
As an Activator, I don't just guide you to insight. I catalyze change at the cellular level. When you work with me, something actually shifts — in your beliefs, your energy body, your identity, your soul.
I am a Certified Theta Healing® Master and Instructor. An Akashic Records Practitioner. A Crystalline Soul Healing Practitioner. A Light Language Facilitator. A Reiki Practitioner and a Breathwork Facilitator.
But credentials don't change lives. Truth does.
My clients call me RAW and REAL. I will tell you what you need to hear — not what you want to hear.

The Woman Behind the Work
I live in Calgary, Alberta with my partner Bill and our daughter Tehya, whom I have the privilege of homeschooling. Tehya is my granddaughter by birth and my daughter by choice — and every day with her is a gift. I also have three older children and one more granddaughter — making family not just my work, but my world.
Bill has been the greatest catalyst of my life. He has triggered me the most — showing me exactly what I was still holding onto and what needed to be released. And through all of it he held space for me, waiting. We did not just survive each other — we changed together. Through allowance, acceptance, letting go of the past, and the daily practice of becoming our truest selves.
We have built a partnership we are proud of. Not a perfect one — a real one. One that was built on the very principles I teach.
I love nature. I love the earth beneath my feet — and in the summer you will always find me barefoot or in the woods in front of a fire. I love the water, and when I get the chance I will find the nearest beach for fun and reflection. I am what you would call a foodie — I love creating, cooking, and eating healthy meals for my family.
I believe we are what we think and that healing happens within the body — not outside of it.
Since Winter Solstice 2024 I feel like I have been getting my ass kicked — and it has cracked me open in the most extraordinary ways. More present. More clear. More myself than I have ever been.
I am raw. I am real. I will not pretend to have it all figured out. But I will walk with you — honestly, bravely, and all the way through.
